By using "Real-time Translation" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to these terms.
Services provided
This service uses AI (Google Gemini) for real-time speech recognition and translation. AI recognition and translation may contain errors. Please do not rely solely on this service in medical, legal, safety, or other critical situations where absolute accuracy is required.
Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Please protect your account and do not let others use it.
Fees and subscriptions
- This service is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) with a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
- Each subscription period includes a set amount of points (replenished weekly for weekly plans, monthly for monthly and annual plans; less during trial). Unused points do not roll over to the next period and cannot be refunded or transferred. Included amounts are subject to change; refer to the subscription screen.
- Subscriptions automatically renew and charge at the end of each trial or billing period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Translation usage: When using your own Gemini API key, Google charges you directly and no points are deducted. Without a key, points are deducted based on actual AI cost plus a fee (currently 2%), using points included in your subscription first, then add-on points. Point consumption varies by translation timing.
- For add-ons, App Store or Google Play fees and local taxes are deducted first, and the remaining amount is converted into points (1 point = US$0.01).
- Purchased points never expire, but can only be used while your subscription is active. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Refunds follow App Store or Google Play refund policies. Please request refunds through the store where you made your purchase.
Usage guidelines
You may not use this service for illegal purposes, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt service operations. Before recording or translating others' conversations, please comply with local recording and privacy laws and obtain their consent.
Your content
Your voice, transcripts, and translations belong to you. You agree that this service may process them as needed to provide the service (such as sending them to Google Gemini for translation). For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes and termination of service
We may modify features or pricing. Any changes to subscription pricing will be notified in advance according to store policies. If you violate these terms, we may suspend your account.
Limitation of liability
This service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages resulting from translation errors or service interruptions is limited to the amount you paid for this service in the past three months.
Other
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). When downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
